I am travelling well, though I do get somewhat exhausted at night and find the effort of eating a bit overwhelming at times. The prawns were fantastic - but I needed a good lie down afterwards! We got away to a good start this morning, pulling out at about 8.30. We drove through Port Augusta and then on past the Baxter Detention Centre to Iron Knob (what government could POSSIBLY think it a reasonable place to put refugees awaiting processes!!!!)
We stopped off at Kimba and took some photos, Kimba being famous for being half way across Australia.

Shortly after Kimba we stopped for lunch. Uncle John's new T Van proved terrific for these short stops as he can pull the kitchen out from the side of the van and boil the kettle etc in just a few short seconds.
We continued on to arrive at Ceduna at about 4 pm. We have booked into the Shelly Beach Caravan Park, where we will stay for 4 nights. After setting up the van and annex, Mum and I went for a walk to the beach to sit and watch the sunset..... bliss after a long day.

We will settle in here and then go out fishing over the next few days - on the hunt for King George Whiting and crabs.
